"Previous management"? You mean Jeff Foley, David's brother, who was installed to keep the seat warm when David went to prison? The billion+ shares issued were to David's wife under the Royal Capital front company. David was always running the show here. Gulas' deposition shows David was calling the shots from the halfway house.
