$DIGX now has a new company name "Eco Innovation Group, Inc" recently filed with NV SOS.
It may be that the Germany based company "Eco Innovation Group, GmbH" has done a reverse merger so that it can be traded on the US OTC market.
However, as new President has been appointed for $DIGX, it is more likely that a US market business entity has been formed to market the company's products in North America - the company already has regional based business entities in Germany, Poland, Egypt and regional Business Associates in Tanzania and Ghana.
Alternatively, there may be no connection at all and the name change may just signal $DIGX expanding into a new business sector on its own.
In any event we can expect to see a run as plans become apparent.

In North American, the obvious market would be Puerto Rico - where there is still significant damage to the infrastructure - and states that get hit by hurricanes, tornadoes and flooding.
