In my opinion the Shareholder Letter should be on

CarMax and AutoNation should have been in a PR along with the quantity and size of other Dealer Groups signed that were mentioned in the last Shareholder Letter. For the other Dealer Groups, names and sales projections are not necessary; from past announcements one can come up with a conservative guess for sales. However; just listing states and regions without giving Auto Group dealership size and other info undermines the importance of those contracts.
A few posters on twitter respectfully raised their concern regarding price per share. Berman’s response was he also wished it was higher, but he can’t control the market. While this is true, he does have control over the narrative and the manner ONCI/Hexagon is presented to its shareholders and the public in general.
Hoping for a better effort from Berman regarding communicating information more effectively. I get that “Revenue Rules”, but company image also matters.
