You’re welcome. What I don’t know but wish I did is if Trustwave did make significant infringing sales as a channel partner of Duo. If so, the value of a win against Duo should be staggering. Trustwave is just one channel partner of Duo. How many sales? The 8-K leads me to believe there are at least two.
No one will answer that question for me but the details behind that 8-K are pertinent for sure. I am willing to bet that the litigation financing being granted has some grasp on this question at least based on high level professional judgment.
