It’s quite a leap to suggest, as you did Daniels was going to blame everything on Micah. What you are suggesting (libel?) is he is pleading guilty to the charges but saying Micah was the mastermind and he will blame him for everything. I doubt the SEC would buy such an argument.
Who knows if this the allegations will even stick.
Lots of peeps run shell mills. It’s not actually illegal to do so. Do some DD, why don’t cha.
