The really big wallets along with well resourced merger and acquisition candidates are on the sidelines until the Schedule 1 drug label is removed. Smart money is concerned over banking and legal issues along with the headwinds created by our government. If our government backed off and Big Pharma decided to invest, cannabis stocks would see a lot more money and investor interest.
