I agree, right now it's a place holder, it could be used to bring pps up higher once news is released or a possible merger or a possible joint venture - only MYDX knows right now. I don't believe it's there to sell shares and get money, mydx could easily right now dilute 6 billion additional shares if they wanted to and they have not.
