St George(Fife) loan appears now it is due on August 13 or 6 months after the effective date of February 13 when they signed for the loan. They did not receive the money till February 20 but I was incorrect in thinking this was the effective date. I saw this today in going through SIGO filings. We are only about 3 weeks out and I was thinking that they have to file the 10K and 10Q by that date in paying off or making a payment to Fife. Does anybody know if this is true for sure?
