TORONTO, July 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Marquest Asset Management Inc. (“Marquest”) today announced changes to the investment risk level of the Marquest Monthly Pay Fund, Marquest Monthly Pay Fund (Corporate Class), Marquest Small Companies Fund, Marquest American Dividend Income Fund, Marquest American Dividend Income Fund (Corporate Class), Marquest Canadian Covered Call Banks Plus Fund and Marquest Canadian Covered Call Banks Plus Fund (Corporate Class) (collectively, the “Marquest Funds”).
Marquest determines the risk rating for the Marquest Funds in accordance with the Investment Risk Classification Methodology set out in National Instrument 81-102 Investment Funds (“NI81-102”). As a result of its annual review of the investment risk level of the Marquest Funds, Marquest has determined that the investment risk level of seven of the Marquest Funds has changed as indicated below.
These changes have been reflected in the simplified prospectus, annual information form and fund facts of the Marquest Funds dated July 10, 2018 which has been filed with Canadian securities regulators in connection with the funds’ 2018 annual renewal.
