Updating Interactive Video
One thing (unrelated to the content) of the SHAC that I'd like to point out is the ease/ability to update these interactive videos. I watched the SHAC last night and while I loved the direction the company is going, one minor thing bothered me. When the button popped up for the notifiEDU video, it read "NOTIFIEDU PRINCIPLE VIDEO". Seemed to be a minor spelling mistake, but since it was related to education I figured it would probably be better to be spelled correctly.
I sent a quick e-mail to info@nfusz.com letting them know they may want to double-check the spelling. I received an automatic reply back with an interactive video I clicked on (https://app.nfusz.com/player/pKEZWU0t), which basically said if this is investor related click here, if this is technical issue click here, etc. I loved this. So much easier to direct my question to the appropriate place. Earlier in the day I had written another company trying to get a hold of a specific department, hours later received a reply asking me for more information before they could forward it on (still haven't heard back beyond that). The reply from nFusz was definitely more personable and got my info to the right department.
Anyway, long story short, I checked the SHAC this morning and that button has been updated to the correct spelling, "NOTIFIEDU PRINCIPAL VIDEO". Amazing response time, this team is working hard, plus I love the ease of how they can update those buttons/features without having to remake the whole video.
