My bet is some only have $500 or $5k worth of shares compared to your $500k yet they complain  more than you ever will.  Being proactive has always been the best way for me to relieve stress.  IMO most of what TECO decides is out of shareholders control so the best someone can do is be on the ground with them, visit headquarters often, speak ones mind often to management and buy, hold or sell based on progress and gut feel.  I know Bull does all the above which is above and beyond what 95% of posters do.  The oil  business is difficult, expensive to operate and time consuming.  On the other hand;  profits can come quick and they can be huge.  As long as TECO can  remain dynamic in changing their plans based on lessons learned and survive those delays finanically;  then they have too many irons in the fire to fail at all of them.  One of these many material events will hit eventually and the revenue for that event will perpetuate additional events.
