$.30 might be a nice start, but new all time highs should certainly be the goal, and it's hard to say how long that will take. At virtually any time one or more patent could be approved. With approvals I believe one or more pharma might wish to become involved, especially if the approval is for the sublingual tablet, which I believe has the greatest commercial worth.
I'm not saying this will happen, just that it's one possibility that could see the company going from where it is to new highs very rapidly and before their first product is in any store.
I also believe that trials that can demonstrate efficacy could be demonstrated this year if the trials are not blinded, and possibly even if they are, if the trials are very small. We don't know what's specified for any of the trials, either protocol, or patient mix, so it's very uncertain how quickly benefits can be seen, but if any update of the corporate presentation is done, we should know the target for start and completion of the various trials.
