You really don't understand how naked shorting works. They make money on the way up and on the way down. They drove the price of CTIX up so they would have a higher basis to naked short from. Go take a look at the past few months of trading of Overstock (OSTK) . The shorts were forced to cover and they lost money doing so but they helped drive it to an unrealistic price so they could short it down and recover some of their losses. That will likely happen to IPIX in the future just as it did to REGN. We are dealing with professional criminals and there job is to get your and my money so we have to know what to expect and be prepared for it.,
I bought shares of CTIX because I was fighting Cancer and also had a grandchild who was fighting Rhabdomyosarcoma. I was given a heads up by a friend who knew what I was going through and also knew I had been fighting naked shorting for 15 years before investing here. After examining what was going on I started posting what the MM's were reporting as short sales to FINRA. Why? Because if there is anything the shorts hate it is having investors understand what the shorts are doing. Most investors when they realize what is going on dig in their heels and buy more shares to support the company and that is exactly what has happened here. You need to understand the short sellers have caused millions of shares in additional dilution to have been made and if that doesn't make you angry then something is wrong with you IMO.
I post the FINRA numbers which may not be 100% accurate but after UBSS and Credit Suisse were fined millions for marking short sales as being long tend to be fairly accurate. Then they have two weeks to hide those short sales before reporting to FINRA the bi monthly figures. Two weeks is plenty of time for them to hide their crimes. We need T+0 to put an end to these crimes and if enough investors demand it we will get it. Please do your part.
