I highly doubt buy-back scenario, and seriously doubt dilution (as you say, they can easily be selling in the .005s-.01 if they "let it go"
, so that only (kinda/sorta) leaves accumulation. Fact that CDEL was also bidding much bigger today at .0046 also points to that conclusion. Now why would a MM want to accumulate lots of shares of ANDI during a relatively low volume period- hmm?
