"Exactly Mikey501. Quite a few others big traders in the OTC have been quietly loading $IJJP as well at multiple levels over the past few weeks which will keep it thin to the upside under .0012.
It was already extremely thin between .0012 and .0050 as many of the small holders in that range from 2015 will have sold for a loss in the intervening period.
With multiple upcoming catalysts / updates / developments known to be ahead over the coming days, weeks and months, those that were too slow to add the few .0004s that were available for a brief period will soon be having to pay .0006 and above if they don't take the .0005s whilst they are still there.

There are a couple well-known basher / scammers over there who are still trying to get cheap shares by posting non-credible nonsense.
They have worked their way into Mod positions during the quiet period as is their repeat modus operandi - and a few other bit players join in when it suits them.
These include:
"Jim Ross" [Mod]
"Huggy Bear" [Mod]
"freebies"
"snapper12"
"Prudent Capitalist"
