OTC companies being targeted by *crews* and Non Retail isn't a conspiracy theory .. for the most part .. those companies won't survive the *attention* given to them
P2O (like a few others) is unique in some ways .. mgmt's options in play .. shares issued and outstanding .. diverse tech or science platforms .. actual investors
now does this ensure any guarantees .. not much re: equities does (tho' some of us have posted about a few worth noting .. AVAV/ROKU/SQ .. TSCO is another) .. but speaking for myself .. i find the actions of the 2 BoDs re: monies infused *interesting* .. to say nothing of the timing
clearly there is a reason for it .. now it may or may not change the outcome where P2O is concerned .. but what i find so interesting is the reality that P2O continuing to survive is an issue for some ..
both BoD adds have calculable business experience that NR likes to denigrate and malign .. but as long as P2O's founder retains *ownership* of his 3M~ shares
and the company (CEO/BoD) remains compliant .. it's pretty clear (at least to me) that there is a *goal* .. which remains *imo* P2O's first sale
P2O has numerous options .. never discussed on a mostly negative SMB .. here
there is *imo* truly not much to note that is new .. *here* or *there* until mgmt executes
next up (timeline) is next month .. Q is due to be filed and RC's deadline is in play
interesting to see time line re: recent monies' infused
