ARCAROMA signs 30 MSEK MOU with AGRAWA Plus Holding
Arc Aroma Pure AB (ARCAROMA) has signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with the German company AGRAWA Plus Holding GmbH (AGRAWA). According to the agreement ARCAROMA shall deliver 10 bioCEPT® systems during a two-year period to AGRAWA which is equal to a total order value of approximately 30 MSEK. AGRAWA strongly believes in the CEPT® technology, the internal company goal is to sell a total of 100 bioCEPT® during the first five years.
The delivery of the ten bioCEPT® will start with a first delivery of two bioCEPT® system during November/December 2018. The delivery date has been set with respect to the focus on planned deliveries of oliveCEPT® systems during the period from August until late October.
ARCAROMA have shown that the bioCEPT® platform has the benefits that the biogas producers globally, as well as in Germany, need to increase the efficiency in the biogas plants. A treatment of the substrates with the bioCEPT® platform will improve the substrates and speed up the degrading process. This effect is especially important for plants handling substrates that are difficult to degrade or need a long processing time. Using bioCEPT® will result in both a higher yield and a faster process or increased capacity. The bioCEPT® also allows introduction of new types of raw material for instance those with a high content of lignin structures that are widely available for the biogas producers but have not been used due to the low yield and long hold time.
