You hit several nails on the head. Mark Kay can only control that which he can control. Legislative and litigation outcomes are not within his purview. I won't insult anyone's intelligence by restating Murphy's Law in this post. We can only trust own our research (mostly Zpaul), SFOR's patents, and R&G's litigation team to help us weather all that has been thrown at us. It doesn't matter when we cross the plate, as long as we score the winning run. If that comes in the 19th inning, so be it. A win in this case will be worth using our 2nd baseman as a relief pitcher and our bullpen catcher as a pinch hitter. All that matters is our asses are still in the seats when SFOR scores the winning run. Can you imagine sitting through 18 innings and leaving, only to have SFOR score in the 19th or 20th? (By the way, that's why you always bring a flask to the game, so when they stop selling booze in the 7th, you're prepared).
Now I have a hankerin' for a hot dog and a beer for some reason.
