(I have worked within these closed systems at other companies for quite some time, trust me, I know what I'm talking about here. Far too well, actually.)
It is not a theory that the Amazon database ties in with the Amazon supply chain, which includes purchasing, inventory, distribution, reclamation and redistribution.
(This isn't even an arguable point, I mean, really, basic business functions.)
It is not a theory that someone at Amazon had to enter that data into the privately held Amazon database and that it is not a general compilation of search results like Google or Youtube or Yahoo (all using Google algorithms) or even Bing.
This is an administrative rights issue. If you don't have the correct rights, you cannot modify the database. Period. End. Of. Story.
If an item is showing up in the Amazon search suggestion database, that means groundwork is being laid for product into the system.
That includes your pharmaceutical -- maybe it is prescription-only but Amazon is making moves into Big Pharma, just like it did groceries (visit your local Whole Foods, and make sure you have the app on your phone).
Keep in mind, pharmacies have to get their drugs somewhere and while there are strict rules around FDA and DEA guidelines, shipments must be made and delivered.
You cannot beat Amazon's distribution system (see the AMZN share price if you doubt that).
By the way, here, read this:

Now to be clear, that Utoypa entry is *all* that we can see *at this point*
but...
that does mean that both your prescription drug and the Utopya phone exist, are both are being prepared for bringing to market to some person or business entity somewhere.
(It's elementary, Watson!)
NDAs are NDAs, and limiting by nature. Once data is entered into private business databases and that info then becomes public either via a portal like Amazon, or like Best Buy or Walmart etc., it lifts the NDA veil and shows what is really going on.
Follow the money. Follow the data.
And think for yourself -- I'm just a guy. So is the basher over on iLie. I don't know about you but I would prefer to use my God-given brain than listen to some idiot basher who wants me to become depressed and take a loss so he can effectively steal my money.
People demanded proof of the product for the last several months. Now they have it, in living color, on every electronic device capable of accessing Amazon's website. A sneak preview of the future.
Haters gonna hate. Liars gonna lie. Bashers gonna bash.
I just shake it off.
