Nothing that can really be done at this point except hoping that individuals realize that they are not doing their investment or fellow investors any good with that behavior.
Personally, I would rather the company just stay focused on doing what they need to do to be successful.
Too many distractions as it is....
Actually, the good thing is that the company is not currently dependent on selling shares to support operations, so the already manipulated share price is just a play thing right now anyway.
If the company succeeds the share price will reflect the real value at come thing
