Completed several phases to start giving services per the business plan.
Business platform to market its services to Publicly Trading Companies with various support service categories.
Executed contract with Studio Codeworks Inc (SC), to provide business structuring and implementation of SC’s Government service division as SCIGov.com. Contract still has several deliverables, with an option to renew by March of 2019.
Will become OTC Current during July 2018.
Wyoming State registration will be renewed.
Company has no debt nor any existing notes and will not engage in issuing any new stock like the 3(a)10 nor the registration of additional shares.
Shares from the 3(a)10 have been reduced - there are 400M+ shares outstanding.
DTC Chill - moving towards getting removed after 4Q ending Oct 2018.
In 2018 started researching cryptocurrency as potential sources to finance funding and providing services to Public Companies.
Websites for the cryptocurrency developed, but still need testing with the Smart Contract to provide payment and funding services before disclosure to the market in July of 2018.
