Oslo, 17 July 2018: On Tuesday 17 July 2018 Yara International ASA purchased 65,690 own shares in the market at an average price of NOK 337.58 per share. The shares are purchased on behalf of and transferred to Yara executives taking part in Yara's long-term incentive program (LTIP) approved by the Yara International ASA Board of Directors. The LTIP shares are locked in for a period of three years after purchase, after which executives may keep or sell the shares at their discretion. President and CEO Svein Tore Holsether purchased 2,883 LTIP shares. Following this purchase and his own private share purchase today (see separate notification) he owns 31,866 Yara shares. EVP Production Tove Andersen purchased 1,270 LTIP shares. Following this purchase and her own private share purchase today (see separate notification) she owns 6,604 Yara shares.
