of course there is no scam -sec reporting on nasdaq and russell 2000 and 3000- very open and honest w integrity at stock meeting.
1 court opinion said the use of word scam was opinion-ever since then bashers automatically use that word as a matter of course,believing they are free of actionable defamation
but many companies have gone against the bashers to hold them accountable
