Ain't gonna happen. Because (and I could be wrong about this, but I don't think I am) there are laws about what categories of customers can get favored treatment over others. You couldn't, for instance, say: If you're of such-and-such an ethnicity, you get 20% off! Similarly for investors: Discounts would be seen by the SEC as an inducement to invest and are probably a no-no for that reason alone.
