I like the one dollar valuation however after 5 years of tears and toil anything close to .50 cents would be a celebration. I am a realist and have dealt with much disappointment so whatever happens let it be. If the scenario Disco Bob painted comes to completion that would be a surprise based on past performance, yet I would love to see it take place. I am not holding my breath.
