YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to an Order of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, that a hearing will be held on October 15, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. before the Honorable Robert B. Kugler, United States District Judge of the District of New Jersey, Mitchell H. Cohen Building & U.S. Courthouse, 4th & Cooper Streets, Courtroom 4D, Camden, NJ 08101 (the “Settlement Hearing”) for the purpose of determining: (1) whether the proposed Settlement consisting of the sum of $1,550,000 (the “Settlement Amount”) should be approved by the Court as fair, reasonable, and adequate; (2) whether the proposed plan to distribute the settlement proceeds is fair, reasonable, and adequate; (3) whether the application for an award of attorneys’ fees of up to $516,666.66, or one-third (33 1/3%) of the Settlement Amount, reimbursement of litigation expenses of no more than $25,000, and an award to the Lead Plaintiffs not to exceed $15,000, should be approved; and (4) whether the above-captioned action (the “Litigation”) should be dismissed with prejudice.
If you purchased Alliance common stock in Alliance’s IPO, or purchased Alliance common stock pursuant and/or traceable to Alliance’s registration statement and prospectus issued in connection with Alliance’s IPO during the period from October 6, 2016 through and including April 12, 2017, your rights may be affected by the Settlement of this action. If you desire to be excluded from the Settlement Class, you must submit a request for exclusion so that it is received no later than September 15, 2018, in the manner and form explained in the detailed Notice.
