My comments on the $47 million to $67 million valu

Nonetheless, thanks for updating us. I’m certainly not questioning or doubting you, but I’m surprised that the average buyout target of more than 60% of shareholders is $47 million. That means they’d be happy selling at a PPS of around 26 cents, assuming the outstanding shares remains the same. Again, I’m not questioning or doubting you, but the target price seems extremely low to me.
Regarding your comment that “we have never had an offer to buy the company,” my comment about an offer to buy the company was not based on anything stated at the most recent shareholder meeting. According to several shareholders, who claimed to have attended the annual shareholder meeting a few years ago, several companies were interested in buying NTEK. Back then, it was reported that at least one offer came in at $100 million, but it was rejected because, at the time, it was considered too low of an offer. I understand NTEK is not in the same position it was in a few years ago, but it has proven tech, it’s upgrading to 8K and HDR, and has more customers than a few years ago, so it’s unfortunate that we would consider a buyout for anything below $100 million.
