This is Kirsten Chapman from LHA Investor Relations. Thanks for your note and ongoing support.
As you know nFusz is pursuing a number of initiatives that management believes will be beneficial to all investors. During this process, the company’s advisors – including lawyers – suggest they limit the information disclosed in SHACs to ensure that the company remains in compliance during this important time. That said, Rory intends to release a SHAC in the near term and is reviewing the agenda and timing with the full team of advisors. As soon as that is finalized, we will advise everyone. Please note we like to run and test products for potential adjustments and upgrades prior to launching formally with releases and some products we will bundle into other announcements.
This is an exciting time for nFusz as it evolves, and as you might expect the way the company communicates with its shareholders – or co-owners as Rory likes to refer to them – must evolve as well.

It appears that they are still tweaking the video player it appears to make it perfect. This roll out of new videos appear to be to draw attention, awareness and to test the new Player on all of the social media platforms. As we are now starting to see them being posted on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
