what is crystal clear is that this data aligned with an educated retail investor has always *threatened* NR (non retail) since the very first day Finra's link (at the behest of the SEC) went live back in Feb 2010 .. what then followed (while NR had to redo talking points cause pre this daily link .. NR chortled daily that there was no such aspect as OTC stocks being legally shorted .. forget abusively) .. 
.. was NRs' cyber stalking and multi/s *assigned* to that *effort*
IPIX is this close to triggering reg sho .. and imo has a rather *interesting* sized abusive short currently in play >> with mgmt's ability to execute << i am beyond curious to see how IPIX is handled (specifically talking uplisting out of the OTC cesspool and institutional investors entering post stock's uplist)
