As several people have pointed out, if Strzok had never been born every indictment and plea deal thus far would have unfolded exactly as they have.
His point about procedures above and below him have assured that it HAS unfolded.
Mueller fired him, smart move, perception is reality for conspiracy theorists. Actual 'reality'? Not so much.
