New Attorney for GRPS is Randy Goulding as confirmed by John Ohlin. Randy Goulding is Attorney for POTN and his brother is the CEO of POTN. POTN ran from trips to 90 Cents with AS: 1B.
Also Randy took over IJJP when it ran from 0.0001 to a penny 3 years ago.

Dear Sir, I am no longer a part of the management of GRPS. The company hasbeen transferred to an attorney who represents a new company and technology. They are in the process, I am told, of getting the company current with the OTC. I don't know when that might occur or what the new technology is but the attorney seems confident that they will be able to bring the company forward
to the benefit of all shareholders.
