The company issued a press release about the Donohue relationship on May 21st. We do not intend to provide interim updates.
That said As you know nFusz is pursuing a number of initiatives that management believes will be beneficial to all investors. During this process, the company’s advisors – including lawyers – suggest they limit the information disclosed in SHACs to ensure that the company remains in compliance during this important time. That said, Rory intends to release a SHAC in the near term and is reviewing the agenda and timing with the full team of advisors. As soon as that is finalized, we will advise everyone.
This is an exciting time for nFusz as it evolves, and as you might expect the way the company communicates with its shareholders – or co-owners as Rory likes to refer to them – must evolve as well.
