Sherman and Winston, my two fur balls, say that's the kind of stuff in the news that really gets them POed! They could understand a pile of money being spent on a cat but even a cent going for a bunch of pound hounds, well, that is a monumental waste no matter how you cut it and it sucks like a bucket of low rent ticks.
