I know the SEC sued Kyle, but Micah’s name doesn

I know the SEC sued Kyle, but Micah’s name doesn’t come up, even though it’s been posted over and over he’s been charged.

FYI.....a deposition ( that may or may not have happened ) isn’t a SEC complaint.
