Thanks for the clarification. All you need to know is when the the leader of a company says, he would consider selling the company for $$XXX$$ that speaks for itself. It is David who will ultimately make the decision to sell the company (not the shareholders) and David has spoken.

Unfortunately we still need a buyer. Still praying the 5M interim loan comes to frution as we are stuck in the mud until LS and the others are paid off in full.
