"Obviously, the dude knows something we don't!"

There's that presumed silver lining. You can add to that Mr. Aspin loaning the company an additional $100k a few months ago. Two directors throwing money must mean something right?? It looks like someone plunked down a cool $200 to buy shares so far, possibly based on that 8-k.
So investors continue to convince themselves that someone knows something positive.
Keep in mind that if Mr. Brain really believed in PTOI, he could have asked for 16M shares for his $125k if he wanted to pay the current bid of $0.008...or maybe 40M shares at a more normal discount. He didn't--he opted for 4% interest without any idea when he would get his money back. He can't demand money back that isn't there.
It certainly means that Mr. Brain fully believes PTOI will survive and will be able to pay him back, but it's interesting because 4% is well below the rate which such a loan should deserve given even the most optimistic viewpoint of whether or not he will ever get paid back.
In my less optimistic opinion, I think Mr. Brain gifted $50k to PTOI and is about to donate another $75k to PTOI.
