Please Review - Important Concept/Math:
I really am shocked that a wealthy VC-type and her friend doesn't accumulate here until the cows come home and simply make Mr. Parsi a deal that he couldn't refuse to just get the F out? The money made on their investment would be HUGE - which is one reason you just don't start your own playspace from the ground up - you leverage the fact that GIGL trades publicly and INVEST bigtime first.
26 cents on the hope of expansion - if that ever started, it's right back to around those levels IMO. Very shocked this hasn't happened or is it ???
Peanuts for a multi-millionaire to become even more wealthy - just shocked (sigh). Concept works / demand is there / suggestions for generating even more revenue have been made. A detailed EXAMPLE:
Two people - lifelong friends...Sarah and Raven
BUY:
8.3M GIGL shares each at .011 (avrg) = $91,300 spent - each
They buy dope out for 25M of his personal shares at 4 cents = $500k spent each
* He keeps FNH and they agree to pay him a $50K milestone if PPS breaches 25 cents within 6 months, $150k if it ever reached $1 inside of 2 years
They also front $1.2M for 1 new store in a bad weather city ($600k spent ea.)

8.3M + 12.5M = 20.8M shares owned and a total outlay of $1,191,300 ea.
The women own 2 LA locations with one new locale fully committed too = 3
at a PPS of just 18 cents (EIGHTEEN CENTS) = 20.8M shares x 18 cents = $3,744,000 . I REST MY CASE as they create positive change for themselves and ALL LONGS !!! Plus, they have over a years worth of true investor feelings, sentiments, ideas, and suggestions for "FREE"
$2.5M PROFIT for each with a PPS at just 18 cents folks
