We have closed (2) labs and combined them with new acquisitions and possibly another lab in Oregon that was purposed for hemp. We have not heard anything about that hemp lab since. For management to be changing course so quick after the original acquisition is reckless as not only did we give lots of shares but also notes payable to the owners. Last Q. Oregon was a bust on q/q basis yet recreational sales within the state grew double digits. The response from management was to much product. Totally inadequate response as all recreational sold in the state had to be tested. This has nothing to do with the black market transferred out of state.
Normally you do a build out and after getting all the market share you can possibly get start paring off the under performing assets. Giving out shares and notes payable. Now you not only have these losses to contend with but the cost of moving and shutting down operations when you should be solely focused on growing as fast as possible. This is business 101 and no need to reinvent the wheel. We are spinning tires here as the PPS has went no where not mention the PR's provide more questions than answers.
Really at this point after 6 months really not impressed with new management or WW. While I have not sold any in the last month and still hold 150k+ I see no reason to buy any shares until they provide an 8k with clarification and not questions. Suggest people directly ask for answers and not this crap of an 8k with no detail or clarification. Leaves the attitude of trust me and their past with dilution and convertibles at the lowest PPS is BS, ONLY INSIDERS AND TOXIC FINANCIERS GET CHEAP SHARES AND DETAILS LEAVING US THE LONG-TERM SHAREHOLDERS GUESSING.
