Mediation is scheduled for the 31st of July. No way of knowing what will be the final results. There are so many possibilities. If no agreement is reached then it goes to court in December. No matter what the outcome the shareholders will get screwed and this is my way of thinking.
Had Mrs Li remained in controlled product would have been manufactured and on the way yo China generating revenue and the stock would have reflected that with a much higher price. The debt would have been much lower and paid off at a much faster rate.
The law suit increases the debt and stopped expansion into China. The debt continues to increase to support the funding of the new management. If the new management settles with Jerry G and MRs Li it will increase the debt and there is a good chance that the company could go under and the stockholders could lose their investment, I see this is a last resort. In any case we should get a better picture July 31st or a few days after.
