Leveraging the successful careers they've already achieved, they could easily have landed positions in well established companies paying lucrative salaries and bonuses. They came on board Rocky Mountain High Brands because they know that they can grow the company from a micro cap into a major contender in a white hot market.
The blowhards want to use the current share structure as though it's set in stone to paint a gloomy forecast. The professionals we now have in our wheelhouse aren't that stupid.
They want to maximize the value of their shares by leveraging their success to clean up the balance sheets.They are already working diligently to reduce debt. Soon they'll begin making adjustments to the share structure.
Bashers suggesting that all of that will remain unchanged would only be right if the company was not successful and was therefore unable to become cash flow positive in time to stop and then reverse the dilution which is par for OTC start ups. IMHO, the bashers are full of shit as usual.
