I just copied&pasted the same url https://app.nfusz.com/player/pKEZWU0t in a tweet and it works.
What I believe is happening, when I post the url, twitter now recognizes that it is an nfusz video, and connects with nfusz via apis to play the video inside of the browser window within twitter. So the video is still playing on the nfusz site, it just looks like it is playing on twitter via the api communication taking place.
Now that it is working, old nfusz videos posted before would also work--even though they didn't work before--because tweeter now recognizes the video needs to be played with nfusz's special video player.
