One more time this POS company issues nonsensical and conflicting information.
Heddle secured his loans with ALL the assets of the company.......but somehow the blending plant is being carved out for Brain ?
Or did Brain allow himself to not only not get the 12% Heddle and Aspin got......he also just became a second priority lien holder against the blending plant after Heddle and Aspin.....
What a joke.
