this i posted on the other board after a big controversy over this acquisition my friend bandit
my two cents
waldrop has made errors but we have to give him credit too,he has build a tremendous team of big guys are working mostly for stock compensa
tion in about 18 months .
one has to assume that the acquisition of max ,one of the best if not the best hemp lab int the hemp capital of the country when hemp has just become legal is going to pay big time with revenues or we will have rather see a competitor show up and to the take over themselves or for the lab to continue to exist conquering more share of this huge market ,then we will all be calling waldrop a fool for not taking what could be a once in a lifetime opportunity so i applaud the take over and the real state ; maybe a condition for the sake) give us a footprint for good ,and since is a swap where we are bringing two labs into one premise(ours) may turn out to be cheaper or a swap since we won’t be paying rent.
guys like russak ( 17 years in quest ) our vice president and lustig ( a pfizer shark )in profesional national and regional sales had nothing to do with this acquisition?we maybe underestimating this move after all ,and aggressive growth is what i want and the company needs now.
hemp is legal now so who knows if we can get a loan soon and we don’t even have to play with more shares anymore.
we have a network of what i believe to be 14 labs ,with one in canada and the possibility to trade in that exchange too ,take a look at the almost daily news coming from our company ,we look like a nyse company actively achieving our goals so let’s give some credit and time for this to develop! in my eyes it is a great and master move so let’s give some credit too!
