I have to admire pure stupidity. What exactly is a “court ordered NDA”? I know what a gag order is but I’m baffled as to what a “court ordered NDA” might be. Furthermore, since neither TPAC nor its principals are involved in any litigation, investigation or civil or criminal matter, why would a court have any jurisdiction or control over TPAC?
