He has nothing to update. Its all been a lie from day 1. He is now being sued so his attorney has told him not to speak because he may purger himself and get into even more trouble.
Im sorry to hear of your situation. McKay has stole millions of dollars from hundreds of people. Just know his time has run out and he can no longer screw investors and steal their money. I know that doesnt get your money back but at least it good knowing he cant take others anymore.
