I think we all have hopes and dreams about every company we invest in. Unfortunately, not always do they come true. In the case of this company, I believe we're years from knowing if our hopes and dreams will come true.
I still believe we have very strong scientists when it comes to developing superior cannabis based products. I believe we have strong and capable management. What we don't have is large financial reserves for them to work with, and development of greater financial support will be the key to bringing products into the marketplace both as cosmetic/nutraceuticals and/or drugs.
Of course the company has indicated that it wasn't their intent to market products directly, so a big part of the future goals have to revolve around developing suitable relationships to handle their products on a world wide basis.
While trial news can certainly be big, the biggest news will have more to do with the collaborations established by the company. I call the collaborations because I really don't know what form they will take. In some cases they could be called partnerships, whereas others may be contractual. In some cases they may be paid money up front for what's been agreed to, in others they might pay, or have no money exchanged in the initiation of the agreements. The primary thing is that most, if not all of these collaborations should have the potential of generating future revenue.
I do believe we'll get more positive information about trials in the not to distant future and hopefully that will be sufficient to start the trend back in the positive direction. The news that should take us to new all time highs will be based on what those we collaborate do, both existing collaborations and new collaborators which may be announced in the future. It is this news that will have the greatest influence on the share price in the future.
