AUSTIN and SAN FRANCISCO, July 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Texas Restaurant Association announced today a new ally to help its more than 3,000 members with recruiting and retention needs: Seasoned. The announcement comes in anticipation of the upcoming TRA Marketplace event, where Seasoned will be participating as one of more than 600 exhibitors at the annual foodservice trade show and educational conference.
“We’re proud to team up with an organization that shares our core values. As access to quality talent diminishes, and employee turnover continues to skyrocket, we are committed to providing these hiring managers with the resources they need to find and hire quality talent efficiently, and at a lower cost,” said Madhav Mehra, Seasoned’s President and GM, who will be speaking at the event.
A unique professional community focused on connecting foodservice workers with jobs and career development resources, Seasoned.co has rolled out a bevy of hiring tools in the last few months, including an interview scheduler, a referral program and automated messages that eliminate back and forth communication.
“We’re excited to align ourselves with a company that can provide our members with the tools they need to seamlessly hire the right people. Finding and retaining quality candidates is a problem we hope to alleviate through this and other strategic partnerships,” said Anna Tauzin, Vice President of Marketing and Innovation for TRA.
TRA Marketplace will take place on Sunday, July 15 from 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Monday, July 16 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio.
