so you think owcp could be diluting? yeah....I wouldn't understand why if they just got some money. we have all been waiting on psoriasis cream safety results for a while. now, it was disappointing only getting the first phase of that and finding out there is a phase 2. However, if that's the issue I think these shares would have been dumped a couple weeks back.... right?
