When I heard that the ONCI shell was going to be run by a former Time Warner and Yes Network bigshot, I began to watch. When they announced that distracted driving and share reduction were on the plate, I loaded in trips and told myself this was going to be a long term hold. Two years later, it is still that.
ONCI is exploding with growth, don't let the day-to-day chatter distract you from the big picture of what we have going here. I have been on IHUB for 12+ years, and I can honestly say that ONCI IS THE BIGGEST AND BEST OPPORTUNITY I have ever seen. ONCI and Berman have exceeded my expectations bringing an empty shell riddled with debt to a profitable money-maker. And believe me this: the PPS will ultimately follow. The delays are part of the program, all new businesses encounter speed bumps. But behind the scenes SB is working his tail off to make this a giant in the OTC. Given the products we have (right product, right time) and the undying enthusiasm and energy SB brings to the table, success is without doubt in the cards. And to think he’s just getting his feet wet.
As you know, I've done the DD, have gone deeply into it and there's nothing, and I mean nothing that will convince me that ONCI will fail. We have products that practically sell themselves, products that are at the forefront of a topic that is absolutely HUGE in the news and gov't headlines right now. It is a product that will save lives, will save on insurance premiums for both the driver and the fleet owner. Dealerships left and right are stocking their shelves with it. Multiple states have new laws in place that practically demand a product like ours. We signed on CARMAX and AUTO NATION in addition to a 500 dealer group in the Midwest. In just two short years, our unknown product is now available in every state and will continue to gain exposure and traction.
Major car makers are considering the technology as a permanent feature. As exciting as this is, this is not an overnight sign-on-the-dotted-line deal. It will take time to nail down a deal with a car maker as car makers will vet this tech right down to the core.
ONCI owns 34 patents for the current technology, there is no way around the fact that if a car maker wishes to implement this technology, they will have to purchase the rights from ONCI to begin manufacturing it. The royalties gathered from a deal like this will be off the charts.
We have sold the product in Europe and Australia, with the Middle East soon to follow.
Yet still, we are setting up factories worldwide for the manufacture of units we are selling directly to retailers and to consumers. Just wait until we have a deal from Best Buy, auto parts chains, and Wal-Mart! The distributors we now have in place have strong relationships with every major big box chain, every major auto parts chain. And let us not forget AAA with its millions of members. Remember the three private label deals we have on the table? If we can land AAA and they start pushing our products under their own brand…look out above!
Aside from dealerships and car makers, we have other retailers adding BSafeMobile to their inventories. We now have a team of nearly 40 sales reps with dealership contacts just in the states selling the product everywhere. We now have an international sales manager in Peter Einstein with a track record as impressive as Steve Berman's who is starting the distribution process in Europe and beyond. Gov't agencies, car rental giants will be protecting and tracking their fleets with both our DD App, and GPS app. ONCI is a global monster in the making. A year from now, we will have revs in the tens of millions IMO, and most likely in the HUNDREDS of millions one day.
We have many millions in reported revs just from PR's. IMO there are many more deals that have been made we just don't know about about--Japan and South Korea and Dubai and Europe and South America for instance.
And that details just ONE ARM out of SIX we are capturing revs from. The GPS APP, Golf Apps, JV's with NEC* and a yet-to-be-named MJ acquisition, the manufacturing and digital media and dental. The mysterious 6th arm. Amazing!
Not only has ONCI reported increased revs on every Q, but they are profitable to the tune of a 40% income rate! Onci has brought in over 1mm in revs for the last two quarters, and this is without Car Max, Autonation, and the 500 dealer group. Revs from these sales should start coming in Q3 & Q4.
Steve Berman is a rare CEO in the world of the OTC. Anyone doing a few minutes of DD should see this quite clearly.
As for the current PPS, we are WAY undervalued given the millions in recent sales and snowballing revs that are building up. With the share reduction, and reported sales, and a 4-million revenue run rate, not taking into any account forward-looking events or future sentiment, the current valuation of ONCI is at .014. That’s right NOW.
And to think there is so much happening behind the scenes we do not know about yet. But we will soon...our CEO is working tirelessly to make sure his and our investment is protected. Remember this.
