I'm going to continue on with my life and go under

However, let's assume that it is true, and answer your question:
The saying "loose lips sink ships" come to mind. If these guys are truly planning some ground breaking innovations, then they have to remain silent on it, or the already established companies will try to head them off at the pass, so to speak.
Also...maybe Utopya is a small cog in a larger wheel, and they simply can't talk about it because all parties involved have a NDA in place.
Doesn't it seem rather odd that this company went from literally taking us by the hand and showing us, step by step, what they were doing...and then went almost completely silent? It does to me. So, I think investors drew two conclusions. Either they never meant to do anything but sell shares; Or, they were working on some incredible sh*t that they simply can't tell us about until it's completed...or until the NDA has expired.
To me, the latter seems more likely, based off the recent awakening of their social media accounts.
Again, I must say, I have zero knowledge or idea of what they are doing, but, it does make sense to me.
I don't like the idea of being left in the dark. At times it feels like I'm in a box, waiting to be let out...but, in the end, who am I to them? I'm merely a shareholder, and unfortunately, that means that I must rely heavily on trust. If I didn't trust them, I wouldn't have invested.
This is waaaaay to interesting for me not to be involved in. I think I will be more than happy with the results, or I wouldn't have invested.
